ED vs Gl Event Write up

good pics mate, thanks for sortin out another fun day (shame we lost but like u say someone had to & i think we had more than our fair share of casualties)

that branch stickin out of mine looks even bigger in the pics...

good to meet a few gnarly laners, & thanks to everyone who helped me out today



u cant really see it but if u look careful u can see the branch passing behind battery right up to bulkhead where it spear just by head light


not the clearest picture but heres my 'lance' mod for next club vs club challenge

good event thanks to everybody and mr grey for lending me some bits but the damage was far beyond car park repair was totally gutted after 3 weeks in the garage working on her but she will return at some point not sure when well hacked of ,maybe a less right foot and more winching

he got a sad on and went home
was a good day thanks to all that set up. i broke a spring which cost me time but managed to find 1 and carry on
look forward to next 1

mike u got 2nd with 24 punches,was that right?

i'm afrais i think we only got about 17 ! had a few over heatin probs & winch let us down & we lost a lot of time bein recovered

mr hale u were lucky spares were on site next time u may not be so lucky but well done for coming second i got 4 punches before diester struck had to go home nothing i could do you was lucky i left you the trailer

yeah will this week. need to clean mine push a few dents out and take it out to stu for wing bars.

it was a cracking day

Jamhod did a really good job with the winch

but having a hole in the rad and a slipping clutch (due to the increase in power i expect!) was hampering us a bit then the alternator dieing sort didnt help

wrapping the winch sale around the drum was the final message to call it a day!

had a great one none the less

cheers all for yesterday was a bloody good giggle,
broke 2 lights, wing mirror, top of my snorkel, and headlamp surround,
but since that wasnt that bad was a bloody good day,

i just feel i let our side down abit because due to my mess up,
i got the landy stuck getting to a2 or a3 into the pond,
was there for hour and a half trying to get it out,

thankyou for the white pajero coming allong to bail us out.
was a couple of photo's taken while was stuck also.
cant wait for the next one now,

was good to meet you all.

Will the results be posted up somewhere?
