Re: few lanes this week
Had a nice night out in the buggy...
On the way to the Trout, I did the lane at sunnyside farm, then the lane from Burn valley to Shot Ash, some of the worse holes have been filled in with large stones, but the 1' deep puddle in the middle is still there.. Then through shot ash woods, where they have filled in the huge pothole about halfway through.. I got to the Trout at 1855, stopped for a pint, then started back to Cully about 1915, when nobody had turned up, I did Dorweeke hill, Greenslinch lane down, then turned round and back up it again, stopped for a play at Dago's Patch, then on to bumpy lane and down to Trinity, then the lane up from Trinity to week cross. Dropped down through Bradninch and did Strawberry lane, back up to the main road at Bradninch common, the lane is quite good, but the last part is all puddles, and in the buggy I got soaking wet, so I drove straight home to get dry and warm.

Re: few lanes this week
Thanks Uncle...
I did see that... Isn't it really sad that nobody wants to, 'spontaneously', go out in the lanes anymore..
I was hoping that this section of the Forum was for people who were going out in the lanes, no matter what, and were just looking for a few like minded people to join them... I didn't realise that it had to be so well 'organised'.
I had hoped that Disco was going out anyway, and that he just wanted a bit of company..
